Full Throttle Saloon: Looking back at the past, Coolio and Naughty by nature miss their flight for the Sturgis rally and may not be able to make it. Plus, Michael Ballard becomes suddenly ill with an unknown medical condition and has to be taken to the hospital. Finally, the tornado siren sounds during a rally and everyone has to take cover in a shelter.

Michael J. Fox would leave the show after the fourth season. During the next season, the new deputy mayor would be Charlie Crawford.$
